Pilates is an exercise method developed in the 1930's by Joseph Pilates and has slowly increased in popularity over time. Pilates helps students increase inner strength and control their movements.  It is NOT a quick fix.  

                  

      

Strength 'n Stretch is a large, bright and sunny exercise studio in Kim's home where her students train.  It is equipped with a professional Pilates Reformer, Wall Cadillac, and Wunda Chair. Kim designs sessions around her client’s ability and fitness goals.  Kim teaches Pilates locally and internationally.       

          

Kim's Philosophy: To truly experience Pilates you must connect your mind to the physical activities of your body.  It is important to use your breath to gain control and energize your body.  Learning to focus is a key to Pilates success and enjoyment.

Kim is a PMA Pilates Gold certified teacher, trained by internationally recognized Core Dynamics, with over 1000 hours of training. Pilates for Golf certified.
