Kim offers many classes to fit a wide range of needs and budgets. She can help you select the programs that are right for you. Kim attends frequent professional workshops and continuing education conferences. She also takes weekly classes which keep her energized in her training methods and strong in her own body. She strives to be a role model for all of her clients.
Private Sessions - Held in the serenity of Kim's Stretch n' Strength studio, Kim customizes each workout to your needs. She will work with you to design a program that will build core strength, while enabling ever increasing flexibility. Her students benefit from her continued education and dedication to the Pilates method. Take advantage of Kim's international expertise, at home in Northern Virginia.
Duet Sessions - Like a private session, these duet (semi-private) sessions will train two students together. Held in the serenity of Kim's Stretch n' Strength studio, Kim tailors each workout to students' needs. With the same intensity of a private session, Kim works with pairs of students to help them meet their fitness goals.
MELT Hands and Feet intro - Learn how to release tension held deep within your hands and feet. Kim teaches you simple techniques you can use on your own, on a daily basis. Melt Kit provided for your use in class or purchase.
MELT Intro Workshop - Learn how to release tension held deep within your hands, feet and body. Kim introduces you to MELT techniques to release tension and hydrate your joints and connective tissue. The class will include simple techniques you can use on your own, on a daily basis. Melt rollers and Kit provided for your use in class and for purchase.
Mat Class - Get back to basics with a beginner or intermediate Mat Class. Kim will help you strengthen your powerhouse and stretch your muscles in this hour long weekly workout. Join this class, held on Mondays @ 7:00 pm. Tuesdays at 8:00am and 9:15am, and Thursdays at 8:30am. Class is held at Stretch 'n Strength Studio in Oak Hill, VA. A class is designed for students that have completed the beginning level and are ready for more challenging work. This class requires more stamina from the student as the number of exercises are increased, and also incorporates the use of small Pilates apparatus. Magic circles, bands and foam rollers will be provided as required.
Small Group - Class size limited for greater individual attention. Typically used for newer students or students who request greater individual attention to their specific needs.
